Let’s talk about food and recipes!
Sometimes it is SO difficult to easily find a recipe that works well for any occasion and one that the entire family enjoys.
I could spend hours on the internet looking for that perfect recipe, find that recipe that I so badly want to make, and then find that the link does not work, or it is going to take many hours to make.
We have created a Sheet Pan Recipe Pack just for you! Each recipe in the pack is prepped and cooked in about 30 minutes, unless it requires marination. These recipes also use very few dishes! Hello to less clean up time!
This recipe pack contains recipes for all the courses: main course, side dishes, and sweets. These recipes are perfect for either a quick family dinner, or if you are needing to take a dish to a party, but have limited time to make it. They are easy to make, creative, and the kids will love them.
Each recipe has a list of ingredients, photos, and easy to follow directions. After each recipe we have also added a notes sheet so you can add additional comments and tips on each page such as: when you used the recipe, what occasion it was for, if you liked or disliked it, and pairing with wine or other items.
This recipe pack includes the following recipes:
- Balsamic Chicken Breast with Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- Herb-Marinated Chicken Thighs with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
- Roasted Asian Shrimp and Vegetables
- Orange-Glazed Pork Loin with Roasted Root Vegetables
Sides & Vegetables
This easy chicken thigh and roasted potato dinner recipe has simple ingredients and quick cook time.
Better yet, you only need a sheet pan and one bowl, and a mixing spoon! Everything is done in the oven! This recipe requires that the chicken be marinated for a minimum of 30 minutes.
If you don’t have an extra 30 minutes to spare for prep time, not a problem! You can marinate the chicken overnight or all day while you are at work. Once you get home, place the chicken on a pan with the potatoes, put it all in the oven, and dinner is ready in 30!
The homemade marinade adds subtle heat from the cayenne pepper and some zest from the lemon. It balances into a nice blend for your taste buds.
Cookies! Pretty much everyone’s favorite! With only 7 ingredients, these cinnamon-raisin oatmeal cookies are ready to be eaten in under 30 minutes!
With the addition of the maple syrup, these cookies are the perfect sweet treat for any age. They have the perfect amount of sweetness to curb your cravings.
Although, they might only get you baking more!
